Arabian Dhows are instantly recognisable with their distinct design and sea fairing prowess. Our goal was to build a mothership following this great Omani tradition, and to provide a luxurious environment able to host large groups of anglers for a full week offshore...
...the end result is our bespoke hybrid dhow/yacht.
Total reliability was at the forefront of our ambitions as we fitted out Notus with the different mechanical aspects to run an adventure charter. She is powered by twin Yanmar turbo diesel inboards along with double Kohler gensets.
This dual redundancy continued with our Water makers which also feature another plant to generate our own drinking supply. The cake was iced with high end navigation equipment from Simrad including safety features such as AIS, SART & EPIRB.
The fly bridge/top deck is a sundowner paradise. 360° views, large bar with sound systems and 10 huge bean bags make it popular relaxing and napping location.
A typical day would consist of an early morning wake up call, hearty breakfast options before heading out at first light for the first session. Around midday anglers return to Notus for a fresh cooked lunch, shower, good coffee and re-rigging before the afternoon session which finishes at last light.
If you somehow still want to catch fish then you have the rest of the night to present lures in the underwater lights which attract masses of life. You may even beat the Notus P.B which currently stands at an XL Dorado on PE1 at 4.45am while drinking a morning coffee!

An all-inclusive service is provided once you board and you will be hosted by our team including certified Captain, Chef, Hosts, Mechanic and Guide.
Our 4 large guest bedrooms sleep 3 per room and all offer ensuite bathrooms, individual climate control and ample storage space.
The main deck is open plan and features a large galley, TV lounge, bathroom, captains helm, freshly ground coffee machine, fully stocked fridge and snack area.
The Aft 'Rigging' area provides 60 ceiling rod holders and large table with 10 chairs, Rig up in style while watching the waters you are about to fish!
Other custom features such as dive platform, large stores and garbage room.
Notus can cater for large groups of up to 12 guests although we more commonly host 3 groups with 3 anglers in each. Our group share/single angler trips prove very popular with those traveling solo or arrive with your own group.
